where do i find disease/mortality stats?

Where do I find the stats on the CDC website that say the number of cases of each disease and the number of deaths from each disease? I know its probably around here somewhere...

Thank you Marnica. I can find the charts that say the total cases diagnosed, but I can't find anything saying the total deaths from each disease per year.

as far as I know it just shows total deaths by region. It includes all causes and breaks it down by ages.


If there is a place that shows total deaths from each disease per year, I'd like to know that too.

Thanks...it's so interesting to look at the hard numbers isn't it?

I mean the cases of pertussis keep rising despite the vaccination level rising right along with it.
