I live in NY. I recently had to file for child supoort order and collection after years of an amicable relationship (new gf seems to be calling the shots now). I recently found out that in 2008 he cashed in his 401k and that the mandated percentage for child support should have been applied and money forward to the children. The support collection uint cannot enforce that since I only recently received an order. Can I sue for that money on my own?
