So I am 38 weeks pregnant and still nursing my nearly 3 year old. He's not giving it up any time soon 
However my nursing hurts so bad right now it brings tears to my eyes and sometimes I can't do it.
I know nipples get sensitive, but I am worried I wont be able to nurse a baby with how much they are hurting now! Also I think his latch might be part of the problem. Sometimes when we stop nursing I see that he has left teeth marks on the top. I have been talking to him about it. Showing him not to use teeth and reminding him but I can't always tell if it is sore nipples or teeth so I may actually be confusing him.
Thoughts?
Will the sensitivity decrease once the baby is born? Do i need to see a lactation helper to help with his latch first? He is only nursing before bed and in the morning.
