Do teething babies spit up more?

DD2 has been spitting up/ throwing up a lot today. Sometimes just after a feed, which can be normal, but also like an hour later. I've changed her like 5 times today and usually don't need to, or only once. I know she's teething, could this be why?

I was recently wondering this myself. . .and my own theory is yes. DS used to spit-up a lot, then around 6 m it slowed way down to hardly ever. Then last week he was again spitting up a lot for a couple days, which was weird. I thought maybe I was eating something that was bothering him, but then his top two teeth came in. And since then the spit-up has stopped again. So. . .. seems like it was the teething to me.

My theory with DS has also been yes, I think it's the drool.
