Treating yeast in a 15 month old?

DD has eczema related to food allergies. She's been scratching her private parts constantly. There's no rash down there, no visual eczema. Someone suggested yeast.

How would I even treat that? We're in-between pediatricians because of some issues, so I can't really call in yet. She's got an appt in mid-June.

Is there some remedies that won't harm her, but might work?

I use hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball. Make sure it's soggy and kinda dribble it on.

BTW-if she has any open spots, don't do this..it'll burn.
