My employer offers an HRA, which is pretty much the same thing, as far as I can tell. They give $2500 a year and any amount we have left over at the end of the year is rolled over. It's been nice not having co-pays (that's a first for me). My husband did just have knee surgery to the tune of $14k, but we're only responsible for $2200 at most.

I think if you don't have a lot of high, recurring medical costs the HRA/HSA is worthwhile and better than a traditional health plan.
