24 series finale

I quickly searched and didn't find a previous thread... so ... tell me what you thought???

The season irritated me on many levels, but leveled out once Dana was revealed as the mole, and after Rene and Dana were killed. Frankly, I just like Jack Bauer and like watching his character do what he does best.

Though, like most endings, it wasn't entirely satisfactory, though I am glad Jack lives another day (there's a movie coming, you know)

I was actually really suprised Jack lived, I thought they would end the series with his death. This was the first season I watched and I loved it. DH and I are going to go back and watch the other seasons.

ticklemegreen - if you loved this season you'll REALLY love the early stuff.

I was kinda meh about the whole season. We've watched them all and this wasn't the best at all but I couldn't figure out if it was because I was sad it was ending or because it was just off.
I knew the movie was coming so I didn't think they'd kill him. I do think it's pretty crazy that Chloe was the one that ended up with him at the end! Of all the people, I never would have guessed.

I wanted him to die. I thought his torture and butchery really would signal the end for him. And I didn't really care that he thought he was murdering in the name of justice. I hate the way they casually kill of other characters but leave Jack...but if there is going to be a movie, I guess they kind of need him, huh?

I totally thought Jack was going to be killed off. I didn't like how gruesome it got at the end. I do wonder how on earth he's doing to get out of the country....
