My son desperately needs one of those. He is forever up under our feet when one of us is in the kitchen. I've been wanting to buy him one, but the price is a little steep. Is there a rough sketch or blueprint of some sort that your husband might be willing to share?

my husband found a sketch on a blog, but we didnt stick to it completely. he is peacefully snoring in the next room right now, but i will ask him tomorrow where exactly he got it. i honestly thought we'd never finish it, but it turned out to be not too bad at all.

thats the link. im guessing that because this blog is accessible to the public, its ok to share the link.
we sort of used some of the dimensions and proportions, but not all.

also, as an added bonus - in our learning tower we made the back wall of it out of one piece of wood and i found that paint that makes a surface into a chalk board (and it was on clearance at michaels woohoo), so now its a chalk board and our son really likes that.
