Challenge?

I'm thinking of doing a June Meal Challenge...once a week there will be a challenge to complete. You can do it at any point during that week. Something to liven up your dinners...

Or, just a list of prompts that you can complete at any point during the month and you can tick them off as you do them.

Like: New Recipe, Twist on an Old Recipe, Focus on a Color, etc...

What do you think?

This is what I have so far. Anyone else have ideas?

(You wouldn't have to do each and every one. These are jumping off points to get you out of a rut!)

Twist on an Old Recipe
Focus on a Color
Vegetarian
Homemade soup
use all Food Groups
Use a marinade

Use something seasonal: http://www.epicurious.com/articlesgu...lingredientmap
Try something from a different region: http://allrecipes.com/Recipes/World-Cuisine/Main.aspx
Make something "prepared" from scratch (ideas: pizza, biscuits, bread, etc...)
A new food

What about 'Use a New Food'? (e.g., a veggie/fruit you've never tried, a different grain, etc. ...)
