affordable not so toxic mattress

I need four twin mattresses for my children's bunk beds. I was planning on going to IKEA, but have read varying info on their chemical toxicity so I'm second guessing that choice. I was then considering a futon mattress with non-urethane fibre-foam and cotton with boric acid for the fire retardant...but again, I am hearing mixed information on the use of boric acid in mattresses. I also found this "natural' memory foam mattress, but don't know anything about how toxic it is....

Money is rather tight, so I do not see cotton/wool organic mattresses as options. Does anyone have any information on any of these mattress options?

Thanks!

The memory foam one is a completely toxic mattress. Just because they have added a tiny amount of GMO soy or comparable plant substance to the petrochemicals so they can call it green does not make it healthy. I could not get the other link to work. One option is to do a Build Your Own Mattress - start with maybe two or 3" of raw latex, either with a cotton zip cover or just a sheet and then you can add onto it later as your kids get older. I would do a thin (but still comfy) natural latex like this before a petrochemical mattress anyday.....
