Movements after breastfeeding

My son is less then a week old. He's gaining back the weight he lost from the hospital and is doing fabulous at breastfeeding.

My concern is after a feeding while in that milk coma as we call it at home, I find that he has some jerky movements with his eyes moving all over too. I seem to kinda remember my fist son doing this, but that was 4 years ago. Is this something to be concerned about?

It doesn't happen any other time.

I am fairly certain it is normal, a friend's baby had a chin quiver for several weeks also. the rapid eye movements are part of a normal sleep process. and the jerkiness might be the startle reflex

In our house we call it "milk drunk" LOL
