Beer would also be a good choice. That's what we always use with drinking games...

Unless there's a special "take a shot" rule.

Thanks to this thread and the lack of new kitchen nightmare episodes. I have now watched all of season 5 and the current season. I'm hooked and I normally hate reality shows.

good riddance scott!
who are people starting to like as far as contenders? what do you think of Holli? She doesn't seem to get yelled at much.. no exposure is good in this game!
I'm ready to see the end of Siobhan, Nilka, Fran, Jason...

I don't know who (if anyone) I like this season. There seems to be the people I dislike, and the people I dislike more. The only person I don't have much of an opinion on is Holli, based purely on lack of exposure.

Ben on the red team is driving me nuts! He's not the chef and the contant condescension is more than a little annoying. I'm also not too fond of Chef Ramsey's over-the-top reactions to every. little. thing. Someone (or all of them) gets kicked out every episode. It's too much drama just for the sake of drama.

I'm just not enjoying this season much at all, unfortunately.

I agree. I think the customer that came up and complained was a plant and not really an angry person. It just seemed too perfect. And he said the meat was "low grade"? Whatever, I assume the tickets to dinner there are expensive...I'd assume high grade everything.

I would think eating there is free. Tickets to be in the audience of shows are almost always free.

I agree that the angry 'customer' seemed fake. It was definitely too perfect, especially when he used the phrase 'dog food' which is what Gordon always says. I guess, in theory, he could have used that phrase after hearing Gordon say it in a previous episode, but it adds to the 'too perfect' feeling you mentioned.

I don't get why all the chefs are such bad cooks this season? Or maybe they're just cracking under the pressure? I'm sure not every chef can handle doing their job on tv and in front of Gordon Ramsey. But a whole seasons worth of them?

Not sure I think Mr. Ramsey is really being all that extra dramatic. He probably really is extra pissed that all these chefs have been sucking so bad. He's probably wishing for a do-over with casting lol.

I'm still not sure if I'm enjoying this season or not. I hate almost all the cooks...so I guess that's not a good sign.

Can't tell if that customer guy was a plant or not. He really did give off an honest jerk vibe (I say this after years in the service industry). If he was an actor I think he was really good. But maybe he was just a grouchy customer looking for his 15 minutes...?

finally, the end of Siobhan! but even I was starting to feel sorry for her during that last episode..
ben is a JERK. he's so annoying.
I like ed, that was funny when he was in the hottub! I bet he felt really stupid later.

I cannot stand Siobhan...she always looked like she was either ready to cry or angry...

And she couldn't cook for ca-ca.

I really think its all set-up. Think about it...the girls magically won this episode...gee wonder why...can you say bikinis?

I am just extremely disheartened by this season.

I knew they were getting their black jackets! DH was like WHAT when he told ed and autumn to take off their jackets! and then there were 6...

I think Autumn is the next to go. or Jason.

helllooooooo out there... anyone still watching??

I was SO ready to say goodbye to Ben. I can't stand him!

I guess it will probably be Jay for the win, but I don't think he's that great either. ho hum..
I'm still watching. I don't particularly love anyone this season. I hope Holly wins because she seems to have some talent and has a better personality than the guys. Sounds like they they will select the final two next week.
I suppose it could be Holli.
I bet for the finale it will be Holli and Jay. Chef just about had it with Ben during the last service and he would have to make an incredible turn around in the next ep, i think.
Autumn has been on her last leg for the last several episodes, so I dont' think she has a chance to get into the finale.
I think Holli will win because her name is pretty cool...even if she does spell it with an 'i'

Final two will prob be her and Jay. Ben is sooo annoying..GET OVER YOURSELF. lol
