GFCF menu ideas for picky toddler

Thread Starter
We have been GFCFSF since January 1st. We have seen huge improvements in our 32 month old ASD child. Along with all of his therapy, he has been really making some great improvements and we could not be more pleased.

However, he is really picky. Alot of his behavioral issues have to do with being hungry and low blood sugar. He refuses to eat sometimes and never tries anything new.

Looking for some inspiration and menu ideas for those of you who have picky toddlers on this diet. Thanks!

The Kid-Friendly ADHD Autism Cookbook has a lot of good recipes. It's also designed in a way that you can find recipes if you're also avoiding soy or eggs or some other common allergen.
