Do you try to untwist the stitches as you go?
I mean, if I just knit as I would spns, I notice that all the stitches are twisted and the fabric is both tighter because of that and that if I knit it long enough it would turn in one direction ever so slightly, like a screw.
I can fix this if I knit into the front of the stitches but that's a major pain!
So what do the experienced knitters do?

Using dpns for circular knitting does not require any special care in knitting each individual stitch...the only difference is that the piece is joined together vs one flat piece.
