My son 7.5 mths had a very little pimple looking thing day before yesterday on the top of his earlobe.
Yesterday his earlobe looked red around it and we put warm compresses/neosporin on it a few times. At bathtime we used a warm washcloth compress and it appeared to drain. A little blood came out. We didn't squeeze it or anything.
This morning it looks like a giant pimple. The top of his earlobe is red. It's tender to the touch.
Anyone ever have a similar experience? I am so upset seeing him have what looks like an infection and I don't know how or why he would have gotten this.
