can anyone (quickly) give me a craft idea to make my friend who is running in a marathon

My friend is running in a marathon this Sunday. I was hoping to make her some sort of crafty gift like a "hey you are awesome and i'm proud of you so i made you something cool/cute"

Any ideas?

I'm really into embroidery, can do some basic sewing machine stuff, anything scrapbooky or painted.

things i can't do: Knit, elaborate sewing projects, jewelry making.

Oh and it has to be something i can complete in two days or less! Some things my friend likes are: running, cats, superheros, poetry, sewing, and she is a really nice/caring person. She is actually dressing up as a "superman" type character for her run. So if it pertains to super powers or something that would be cool~!

I was with my friend today who is starting to train for a half marathon, to get new shoes. I don't run personally, but we were looking around the store and they had some cute running shorts that would be easy to make, very little fabric and a nice little gift. Maybe that?

OR some healthy food, like DIY powerbar? You could make a little basket of them?
