Greens and oxalic acid

So what's the deal? Is oxalic acid really a problem? Which greens have less? Should we really all be avoiding spinach? I've been LOVING my greens and then I just met a vegan couple that got kidney stones, supposedly from eating too many greens!

Here is a great thread discussing oxalate sensitivities. Oxalates do effect some and not others. I think that it differs. I rotate greens and as long as I do, I find we are fine.
