Anyone have a suggestion for one of these? I'd like something super easy, that I can reload online, for my gas money. We're trying to do TMMO, but I hate having to have cash for gas because I have to get the kids out of the car to pay. Or leave them unattended, which works at our rural gas station well enough, but nowhere else.

I think most reloadable cards can only be reloaded so many times and there is cost for the card itself. Wal-mart, Walgreens even kroger grocery stores have them.
However, I was recently thinking about how one could use PayPal. Transfer funds to PayPal account and order a visa debit card for use. I know it can work this way somehow, just not certain of what costs there might be. Seems like I remember that their is no cost to use fund from PayPal with card, but am not 100% certain.
If you go to the same gas station most of the time, you can buy gift cards to the gas station directly, but you need to always buy your gas there, so it could be limiting.
