What snacks/treats to take nurses at hosp?

I go in Tuesday for a (necessary) c-section to have my surrogate son. Once we are settled into our room after recovery, I want someone take snacks/treats to the nurses station. Obviously whatever I take cannot need to be refrigerated.

Any ideas? Thanks.

1. It's honestly not necessary and not very effective at getting "better treatment". I much prefer it as a "thank you present" rather than a bribe to get better care.

2. That being said, cookies or bagels and cream cheese, or one of those fancy fruit trays/bouquets are my favorite.

One of the easiest is doughnuts. We're huge fans of Krispy Kreme, so a couple of dozen of those always go over well.

Well... it wasn't to get better treatment or service or anything. I'd just like to give the nurses a little treat. I kinda go overboard in showing my gratitude for people, so I just wanted to give them a little something to be polite.

Thanks for the ideas. I think I may end up doing doughnuts and cookies. Not the healthiest, but easiest on us and won't go bad so easily.

I find Rice Krispie squares are always a hit.
