How much 'work' too keep?

Im starting to declutter, we might be moving again (we will be moving at some point just a matter of when and how soon).
DS has been HS from the start and he is 9 now. Basically he is doing 6-8th grade work. We unschool for the most part but due to giftedness, and other needs he is enrolled online at JHU-CTY for math and takes part at a local university for a small Saturday session during the year. Because of these 2 programs I have some outside records of his achievements.

Do I really need to keep the workbooks he chooses to do on his own? Do I need the workbooks from levels K-4? The work from those levels literally fills 2 rubbermaid tubs. While we unschool DS was drawn to workbooks, especially for MATH.

I also live in a state that has no reporting, no mandates, nothing required of HS other than the initial filing affidavit. I am a certified teacher so I dont have a problem writing up a 'resume' for DS if one is ever needed. (I have done this in the past as part of the application process)

SO WWYD? Would you toss the old workbooks?

I would probably write down what workbooks you worked with and then toss them.

For workbook type work, I take digital pictures of representative pages to keep track of what DD is doing, but I don't keep the paperwork itself. Saves physical space, but you can print it out for reference or see it onscreen as you need.

DUH.... I can just make a spreadsheet of what we used with the dates and toss the books...
I do the same for the books he reads.... some days (or years) I am so dense.

This is my project for the next couple days ... then on to decluttering AGAIN....
