Severely watery diarrhea...TMI?

I'm desperate. This is going on 5 days of diarrhea. Wednesday morning, I woke up with some stomach cramping and diarrhea. By Thursday, the diarrhea was like brown water, with severe urgency. It was about as thick as watery applesauce. Friday, the diarrhea was about the same, although it seemed to come and go, but I also threw up in the morning. By Saturday, it seemed more watery, as though I wasn't peeing anymore, just pooing water. The color also changed to more of a yellow, than brown. As of right now, it's just before 4:00 am and I am in the bathroom too much to be able to sleep. I don't think I have much of a fever, if any.

I really need to stop this diarrhea, because I can feel my body becoming dehydrated and it's Memorial Day weekend and we have plans that include driving about 2 hours.

The best I've felt was after eating some traditional Pho at a restaurant on Friday. Other than that, I haven't really been able to eat much. And when I do, it comes out pretty much looking the way it went in, about 2 hours later. I have to admit, I was starving last night and ate a piece of KFC chicken, with some mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I know it was a bad idea.

I've been trying to drink kefir, and I'm taking a probiotic supplement and Bioplasma cell salts. What else can I do?

Bananas, rice, applesauce, toast only. Don't eat anything else. Especially KFC! LOL. Earlier in the month I had a similar virus that ended up being 10 days of diarrhea. Fun times. Make sure to drink lots of water too, even if it hurts your tummy.

I get diarrhea A LOT. For years I had no idea why. But it was EXACTLY as you describe - like pooping liquid. Turns out I have a sensitivity to dairy and a lot of other foods. I didn't used to have these problems. Somewhere between age 18 - 22, this started happening.
Drink tons of water. Watch the constipating foods that were mentioned above because when I try that, I end up with HORRIBLE constipation in between horrible bouts of diarrhea. Probiotics CAN contribute to diarrhea, so I might stop taking them until this (what sounds like) stomach virus or sensitivity passes. Good that you don't have a fever! No infection then.
I would be picky with the diet right now and watch what you're eating and how you're reacting, in case you have developed a sensitivity to something. Keep dairy out of your diet for awhile. I eat simple grains (like Cheerios or dry cereal), and fruits and veggies until my bouts pass.
If it doesn't lessen very soon or gets worse or comes back in bouts, I'd start looking into something like UC or Crohn's. But it's likely just a stomach virus.
Feel better soon!

I'd also drink some Pedialite. I just found out from my own experience how little diarrhea it takes to throw off the electrolytes (particularly potassium).
