Yellow teeth with white spots

My kids teeth are yellowing, and have some white spots on them. They're young, and I use Fluoride Free toothpaste.

Any suggestions on what to do for healthier teeth?

What do they drink? Fluoride in tap water and bottled drinks can also cause fluorosis white spots.
