Day 6 of spotting, when is CD1?

Hi everyone, I'd appreciate your help with my chart right now. Chart is here

I've been spotting for six days, but never enough to need intervention such as a panty liner. Do I still keep counting CD28, CD29 etc? When should I start CD1? Nothing I have qualifies as "light" yet.

Any help appreciated!

SML,
Day 1 is when you actually start bleeding, so it looks like you're charting it correctly. Once you have something you'd define as actual flow, that's CD 1. Good luck!

Have you tested?
Since you're missing a lot of temps, I dunno, but I bet you could've O'd somewhere in the CD10-15 ballpark.

There are loads of women who have light spotting when AF is due when they are pg. I happen to be one of them.

I'm going to test today, just in case, but it is unlikely I'm pg because of my timing.

I've altered my chart to reflect a couple of days of "light" even though I am really, really unsure as to whether it should be "light" or "spotting". When does one become the other?
