What to do with a box of random, used cloth diapers?

If I give it to Goodwill, will they even know what to do with them? A lot of doublers, cloth wipes, some knitted wool liners, a handful of Little Lounging Lizards (does anyone even know what those are anymore??) nighttime prefolds, a couple fitteds, a couple covers. I just don't want them to go to waste.

Frolick, I totally agree! I will look into Miracle diapers, thanks. Not sure if I'm willing to spend a lot of $$ to send them out, though.

Don't take them to Goodwill! They will throw them away! There are some great suggestions here. Why not make them available to a mama in need? I'm not sure here, but I know over on diaperswappers.com there are threads where you can get items for just the price of paying shipping--maybe something like that would be a solution? Or maybe try to find a group of local crunchy mamas. What about a group that helps mamas in need, like Birth Right, or something similar, that offers support to mamas with newborns? Just some ideas. Good luck!

Craigslist is huge here in CA- you could totally get rid of them there.
Or maybe a local midwives organization knows someone who could use them.
