I haev SO many threads to reply to, BUT have to ask a PP bleeding question

I feel like a schlep as I have so many new baby threads to ooo and ahhh over, but am posting a MeMeMe thread. New motherhood is a bit consuming, lol.

I am 9 days PP now. But about day 4-5 my bledding had lightened and was getting to be that mucusy pinkish yellow. Now the lat 3 days there has been a very slight increase and it is red again. I have no other warning signs/symptoms, but it is red and is not lessening. Is this normal??

THis usually means you are overdoing it and need to sit on your arse a bit. Take it from someone who knows.

and don't feel bad, I've read every birth announcement but typing one handed is hard, and I have to give up after responding to two or three and leave them for next time.

Yep. Totally normal and a signal that you need to slow down (as if that's possible ). But take it easy for a few days and your bleeding will ease up again.

I'm glad you asked that question DeChiRi, because the same thing is happening to me (both the bleeding and not being able to respond to birth announcements... the poor ladies at the end of the month are getting kinda shafted.)

It is HARD to stay put. I'm antsy to get on the move.

I bled for 6 days, then it stopped completely. Then I started feeling better (post-surgery) and doing a lot more and guess what? I bled for another 2 weeks. Take it easy.

Well crap. I feel the best ever after this birth and besides crazy tired, feel nearly back to normal. I admittedly don't sit well. And my toddler is set to destroy herself and the house 24 hours a day, which required immense amounts of jumping up and sprinting, lol. DH had to go back to work Monday after DD3 came (She came on Sat, we came home on Sun), so not much down time.

I have been on my butt today except for a trip to buy flowers. I'll see if that helps.
