I keep forgetting to unlock the car doors when getting back in the car from a store or somewhere. I get to the car, reach down, pull the handle and am surprised every time when it won't open! Duh...it's called a remote door opener for a REASON!

Hmmm....is that what's wrong with DH? More than once I've had to pull on the handle, look at him, and say "Somethings wrong here" before he sees he didn't hit the button enough.

I have tickets.

I have tickets to see David Gray and Ray LaMontagne - two of my very favorite musicians EVAR touring together - play in Wantagh, NY on August 19th.

I also have tickets - round-trip plane tickets - leaving from New York on August 9th and returning from Puerto Rico on August 22nd. For my honeymoon, you see, as I'm getting married on the 7th of August.

I just realized these things. I gotta tell you - I'm having a hard time deciding this one.

Yesterday I took the wrong exit going home, and ended up on the opposite side of the freeway from my house. In the six months I've been living here, I've never done that before. I'm blaming pregnancy brain.

Funny thread.

Forgot my keys as I walked out of my condo to get mail which was only few yards away from the door but realized that I couldn't get the mail or get back inside because I was locked out. Had to ask neighbor to call fire department to open the condo. Good thing, my twins were in their cribs napping.

I had to drive to a tile store to pick tile for our bathroom. I googled the address, studied the map and even wrote down directions. I also used to work about a block from this place so it should have been pretty easy. Instead I drove a half hour out of my way on the wrong freeway to the wrong end of town.

So...

We went to see a parade yesterday, just before DH and DS left for NC (they drove the moving truck, DD and I will be flying down Wednesday) and it was hot and sunny out.

Then last night I could not figure out at all why one knee and one ankle were so very very red. They looked like I had a rash!

Today... I realized I got sunburned... because those were the only parts of my body not under the umbrella I was using for shade!

Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen.

lol... I was using an umbrella as my main sunscreen (which worked for the majority of my body)

I just didn't think to pay attention that my legs were fully in the shade.

Oh, that is funny we just did the same thing. Hubby drove the moving truck and my DS and I flew to NC. That's funny that we moved to the same state as well. We moved from CA though. This is hubby's home state.

I did almost put the pepper shaker back in the fridge after making deviled eggs.

well, it isn't "forgetting" per se, but my pregnancy brain was so exhausted one day that i fell asleep in the parking lot of my daughter's school. i showed up 10 minutes early and just sat there, next thing i knew it was nobody but me and the crickets.. and the teacher was calling my husband worried because i wasn't there!

the worst part was my daughter asking me "why were you late mommy?" "uh, cause i was sleeping 100 feet away.."
