Watery CF is just as fertile as ew and mid-cycle spotting is considered very fertile, too. If you are avoiding pg, you need to use your chosen form of bc right now. Actually, you should be doing that all the time until you get at least 3 ovulation cycles charted unless you were charting before and know your cycles.

The spotting is way too early to be implantation spotting. It would be virtually impossible to have implantation that soon after bleeding/. Also, your temps don't show O yet. Obviously, you can't have implantation if you haven't even Oed. I'd put your CL at 97.0 for now. This being only your 2nd PP cycle, it could just be hormonal fluctuations with your body trying to get back to normal and not be O spotting, either.

Afternoon everyone! We are getting some much needed rain here today. I'm trying to come up with the motivation to vacuum and mop today. Not sure how that's going to go...

4DPO or thereabouts at least, due to the rise that started as of CD40 I think I am presently agreeing with the O day of CD39.

Yes. No O yet, mom2cash. And are you using a basal therm? Your temp fluctuation could hormonal, as MW says, or it could be from using a regular fever therm.

Ok, good to know. We are using condoms but the spotting just freaked me out because I rarely have mid cycle spotting. I am using a basal thermometer so I'm pretty sure those temps are accurate.

Woo! I think my longest cycle ever was 38 days, so not ovulating until CD39 is downright crazy, this cycle should end up being about 51 days.

I am on my 5th or 6th PP cycle (and more months than that, LOL) but my first cycle or two I had some spotting (sometimes for a few days) that had nothing to do with either my fertile time or my period coming.........

Just thought I would let you know the same thing happened to me!

I hope I'm too young for that, LOL. My mom was in her 40s before she started having any symptoms of menopause, but then, she's not really Captain Forthcoming for any of this stuff. I'm not aware of anyone in my family having early menopause issues, though.

It has literally been years since I had a cycle with no hormonal influences, but I seem to recall always having one short cycle somewhere in the late spring early summer, often when the weather got HOT -- which would have been this month. I have no idea if that's what triggered this, but it's kind of my gut feeling. All in all, my cycles don't feel different than they did before I got pregnant, so I'm hoping that we won't have any trouble getting pregnant again. Fingers crossed!

The big news here was that this morning, DH didn't ask as to status at all. He didn't mention it afterwards, just held me really tight, and told me how much he loved me. He's not one to really talk emotions, so it was a pretty special feeling, especially since we spent this weekend at the wedding of some good friends. It also means to me that he's really ready for us to try and add another to our family, which is a Good Thing, especially since Lucy was such a pleasant surprise.

That's sweet.

My dh sent me an, "I love you," text the other morning. The only problem was that he sent it at 7 am. It woke me up and I couldn't go back to sleep.

LOL! Ain't it always the way? Robb used to work overnights for a security company, and I would text him to say goodnight when I went to sleep, and he would text me back when he could to say goodnight back. I fussed, because a lot of the time, by the time he texted me, I would be asleep, because texting him was the last thing I would do before I went to bed. So one night, I text him, and get nothing back. And nothing. And nothing. And he's working security, so I'm freaking out. Small odds, but not impossible ones, right? So in the morning, there I am, all wigged out -- and of course he's fine, just didn't text me because he didn't want to wake me up. Sigh. At least he can truthfully say that he just can't win.

I've never been so eager to see some damn EWCF in my life. It's hysterical, because my brother's girlfriend is currently pregnant, my sister's getting married next month and she and her fiance are trying...my daughter is going to have a LOT of cousins. We've been talking to her some, too, about maybe being a big sister soon, and she keeps giving us a look like "WTF?" and saying "No, I the LITTLE sister," because of course she's little when it comes to everything else.

Sorry, the 12th was a typo. Thank you for your opinion.

I took a test yesterday and it ws negative, but it was late at night. I dont know at this point if that would have made a difference.

Hoping for my period so I can start this all over again.

Is it possible to have EWCM and not really ovulate? Or have any typical CM patterns of ovulating, but not relaly ovulate, your body just going through the motions?

Just curious.

Yes it's possible. That's why it's most helpful (IMO) to chart temps as well. That's the only way to positively confirm that you have in fact ovulated.

Definitely, your body can gear up to ovulate MANY times and it not actually happen. I had a few patches of fertile CM this month before I actually ovulated. You can also ovulate without having EWCM...

Another question for you ladies full of knowledged and experience... Coming off the pill, it is said to wait 3 months for your cycle to come back before freaking b/c AF isnt here. Would you wait any longer than 3 months? I keep thinking it has to be coming soon b/c of the pattern of my CM. But now im at CD 58 and nothing. Based on my Cm FF predicted for me to start yesterday, which made me hopeful maybe my computer would be right... dumb me. So now I feel more anxious that it wont come for another 30 days, and that will make me crazy. When is a good time to go to the doctor???
