probiotic toothpaste

what do you think of this toothpaste. We have been using it for a few months now and I think has made my teeth whiter. I have a dentist appointment soon and I am nervous. I always have a ton of cavities.

that looks interesting! I didn't see specifically what bacteria are in it, just that they produce lactic acid.
