Once you resolve the smell (or even as a method of doing so), LUSH makes a tea tree oil powder called T for Toes. My DH uses it everyday in the summer to help with moisture and smell. Don't forget to sterilize his undies! Bleach, hot water, or sunshine will do the trick.
