Lindt 85% is awesome, and has few ingredients (I think it's soy free as well--woo hoo!) And each square has something like 2 grams carbs--20 grams carbs for the whole big bar. Pretty sweet! You can also go for their 70% if that's too dark. For some reason their 90-ish % has *more* carbs than the 85%, so I'm sticking to that.
