Should I throw it away?

DD is about to turn 1. I have a large freezer stash of milk (regular freezer, not deep) that dates back between 6 and 11 months ago. I have been unable to use it because it is not safe for her current food intolerances. I know that the rule is 6 months in the regular freezer. Does that mean I should throw away all of this milk? It just seems so sad. . .

I'd at least check if your local hmbana bank will take it.

Milkshare.

Lots of people would rather feed their baby slightly older BM than recommended over formula. Just be upfront about the dates and if someone is comfortable with it, they'll take it. (I know I would if I had a kid nursing right now - mine isn't due until October though.)

I'm guessing you can't cook with it for DD because she probably wouldn't be able to tolerate it.

Make Soap! I have over 50 oz of milk in my freezer left over from DS, and I'm going to make soap with it this summer.
