I found this website that will calculate your temps for you if you mess up one day or something. http://www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php Just for your info. I hope this helps someone.

I don't recommend temping at multiple times during each day, it's really stressful IMO.
I fell into that trap and it caused more harm than good.
Now I would take it once and then put it away until the next morning.
If you temp just once but later (or earlier) that could totally be useful. I think the VIp FF has something like that too...

I have been guilty of temping more than once. I agree that it just makes things way more stressful.
One word of warning on the temp adjusting- I've found it isn't at all accurate for me. As in, I've temped at normal time, not gotten up, gone back to sleep for 3+ hours, re-temped and then temp adjusted my second temp just to see and the temp adjusted temp is no where NEAR my regular time temp. Usually my temps are very close to each other no matter what time I take them, as long as I've had 3 hours of sleep prior. I know she mentions it in TCOYF, but some women time of day doesn't seem to follow the general temp rule, and that is certainly true for me.
