Working out during AF

Do you do anything different? My AF returned yesterday after having my 2nd child 3 months ago and I'm not feeling all that great but I want to keep up with my 3 days a week workout!

Drink more water? Eat more protein? More electrolytes? What do you do?

I don't do anything different. Just keep on as always.
