I should of started today, but I didn't =[ I really need to get my body in shape...and get my weight down, but more so I want to get "toned". I'm not exactly sure where to start or what to do. I have a Pilates video, and free 7 day trial pass for the 24 hour gym, and a field where I can run/walk. Also there is a hill I climb, and I have a bike. I'm too intimidated to go to the gym, and the rest I just need to have consistency. I had a craving for Oreos today, so I bought a pack

I guess I should start by getting rid of those, and eating a healthy breakfast. I think I'll check out that protein shake a poster mentioned, I haven't tried those before how is it? Is it a supplement for breakfast?
I'm 5'1 and somewhere between 110-118 lbs, maybe but I haven't seen it yet, 120 lbs. I have a digital scale, and my weight fluctuates, but when I went to the doctors office and got weighed it was something completely different from what I was used to seeing. So...I like to believe my scale is right, but I sure don't look it!
I'll be browsing this forum to see what I can do, I think exercising for 30 minutes, to an hour a day would be good. Then maybe work it up to two?
