Infection? Do I need antibiotics?

Calling any dental experts...

I have all 4 of my wisdom teeth. The top 2 have completely cleared the gums, but the bottom 2 are still about 20% covered. I take really good care of my teeth and am extra careful to keep the wisdom teeth extra clean...but several days ago, my gums started leaking a cloudy tan fluid around those bottom wisdom teeth. (Totally gross, TMI, sorry!) There's no pain, but I'm worried that it's an infection.

I'm worried that I will need antibiotics and will have to get the teeth extracted--not exactly ideal as I'm nursing a 7mo.

Any ideas, opinions, alternatives would be greatly appreciated!!

I just saw this. Any updates?
I used to get infections fairly frequently in one of my wisdom teeth. I "treated" it like any infection, increasing my intake of garlic, vitamin C, water and swabbing the area with alcohol (I just used mouthwash) several times a day.
Not sure if that helps and so late...
