Hi all,
I'm nursing and pregnant, and i have always used soy lecithin when i had a plugged duct. can i take it while pregnant? anyone know?

Yes, you definitely can take soy lecithin while pregnant. When I was pregnant with my son, our midwife recommended it for pubic bone pain.
