I have a meeting in a sec, so I have to post and run. No real update. Temp was down a little this AM. Still spotting. Just waiting to see what happens.

Gummibears: my dss school is good so far, but I’ve always said if anything goes weird.. it home school immediately, last thing a child needs is a toxic environment.

Tulpen88: Crossing my finger for you!!

Lousli: Sounds like a great plan!

Milosmomma: Keep us posted. Feeling pregnant is a good sign.

As for me.. I'm not confident the antibiotics are working, but my chart is looking great!! FF now says I'm 8dpo. Beautiful dip on 7dpo http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2df7d6 I've got all the pregnancy symptoms, but the Antibiotics bottle says it causes nausea, dizziness and fatigue… Oh well here is to hoping.

forthekids123- Your chart looks awesome!

Callie- I hope you have an answer soon.

Dee- Good luck holding out!

Karen- Good luck with the testing. I COMPLETELY understand being bummed about the lack of baby belly at the wedding. You'll look fantastic though!

Sorry, not keeping up the best...

Tulpen, good luck! I had the same kind of spotting my last cycle, and while it didn't end with a BFP for me, I did find an article saying anything lighter than a normal period could still be implantation or breakthrough bleeding. So ! (For me, the bleeding went with a shortened LP, weird slow rise temps at O, so I think I just had a bad egg/ovulation/luteal cyst that cycle.)

Lousli, that sounds a lot like my plan I'm really enjoying the TTC nightie - I got one not totally "hooched-out" (not that there's anything wrong with that!), just pretty and fun and new

Milosmomma, for you!

forthekids123, hope you feel better soon! Even if your meds are covering up other symptoms, they could still be there

Sorry if I missed anyone! AFM, I think I've figured out a new normal for my temps given the warmer weather (we rarely use the AC), and blotted out a few temps that were off the charts b/c of too-hot sleepwear. CD13, and I only have today and tomorrow to BD with guests coming... But I'm not feeling optimally fertile yet, and am thinking just in case, I might want to hold off (store up the swimmers, yk ) until tomorrow for the best chance... Maybe we've been having sex too often for DH's sperm count...

Updated to add: Forget it! DH just got great work-related news, and I'm seeing a little egg-white - it's on

I don't know what's going on with my cycle. I have nausea all the time (from the metformin, I think)
today is CD 32. I think I ovulated around may 25th so is it too early to give up on
last month? First day of last p was may 8th. I'm out of opk & preg tests tho. I was thinking of trying the
fertility monitor, would it work with pcos?

3 dpo. Just torturing myself through this 2ww. I know you can start testing at 10-11 dpo, but I really want to hold off to Sat the 19th. Then I can have a nice pretty test to show dh on Father's Day. Fingers crossed!

I will give you major kudos if you can wait until the 19th! That would be awesome! I'm a testing wimp. I just hate waiting.

I think it's a little too early to give up on your cycle. I don't really know how the fertility monitor works with PCOS, but I'm sure someone can answer that for you. You may want to post on the main TTC board to get some more responses.

Woot! I hope you're having fun with your DH! And it's great that you figured out the whole temp thing. Thanks for sharing about your spotting. Is it abnormal for you to spot? It's pretty normal for me.

Wow, your chart does look great! I hope it ends in a beautiful BFP! I hope you get something that helps with the UTI soon. Keep up with the cranberry juice and other natural remedies too.

Funny thing is my due date would be right around DS birthday and it is the same time I had my chemical last June. Summer is fertile for me I guess.
You can do it! 10 dpo isn't too far away. It would be really neat if you got pregnant at the same time. I have had the feeling that I'd get pregnant around the same time as I did with DS too (July/August).

It's cd2 for me. Temp was dropping steadily but I still tested while on vacation -- all BFNs of course. Spent $18 on 3 tests when I left my ICs at home thinking that it would help keep the stress level down -- ha!

So we returned from a week away to hear a voice mail message for our 1st fertility clinic assessment appt -- and it's now set for next Wed June 18th!! No chance to be pg in time to cancel this one! I have bloodwork tomorrow (cd3 -- for FSH?) and DH has his analysis too (Thurs am -- has to get to the lab within an hour and at body temperature!!). These results should be in by Wed's appt so hopefully that will get us off to a good start.

And now I'm facing the reality of having the maternity bridesmaid's dress significantly altered for my SIL's wedding on July 17th... bought a body shaper thing on Sat while still in FL and am trying to be ok with everything.

Hugs to everyone -- here's hoping for some more BFPs in June!

Karen
Karen - Good luck with all of the testing. It's great that you'll get results really fast too. I hope everything turns out well for you!

Still charting and temping, but not starting OPK's until CD 10 (I never O until CD 14 at the earliest)

I'm going to buy a ttc nightie to keep things interesting for me and dh
I think I'm going to aim for every other day CD9-13 and then every day CD 14-16 (or until o if I o late)

No HPT's until 9 DPO and then once a day only until 13 DPO (unless I see a faint line or if my temp drops a ton, then no testing at all.)

No recording every little twinge and symptom on Countdown to Pregnancy, it only makes the obsession worse.

No photographing and squinting and freaking out about tests that are obviously negative or evaps. If there is a line I can see, then I'll take a pic.
No digging out a used test after the time limit. Used tests go right into the trash.

Same supplements and helpers:
EPO starting today until O
Mucinex if needed to help with EWCM
be aware of my water intake and increase it if needed to help with EWCM
fish oil, vitamin, probiotic, folic acid daily
Instead Cups to hold the swimmers in
Preseed if needed
I love all of your plans! Good for you! I am good at coming up with plans, but then they go out the window when I'm 9 or 10 dpo and dying to test.

AFM - Still spotting. I tested this afternoon and got a BFN. I'd like to wait until Friday to test again (if AF hasn't shown by then) but I don't know if I'll make it. We'll see. I was originally not going to test until Sat, but then I remembered that I'm supposed to go booze it up on Friday night with DH & some friends, so I'll need to be sure I'm not pregnant before we start partying.

I sometimes have a little, light spotting a day or so before AF... But this was 3-4 days of spotting that I would have called flow, except I only saw it while on the toilet, never on the liner I was wearing just in case. And it started like 9dpo, turned to AF after 12dpo... I usually have a 14-15 day LP. So yeah, for me, it was totally weird.
Temp is down more this morning, so I'm most likely out for this cycle. What's weird is that the spotting this morning is lighter than it has been for the past few days. My body is a mess. Once AF shows, I guess I'll make the appointment for the ultrasound. I'm just not sure how far I'm willing to pursue figuring this spotting out and correcting it, if there is something that can be done to fix it. I think I'm going to have a talk with DH tonight to map out our thoughts on various IF treatments. I know that we're not considered IF yet, but I think it'll be good to talk about how far we're willing to go. I'm pretty sure that the most I'm willing to do is take a prescription, and it appears that there will not be a need for that. My insurance doesn't cover any IF treatment anyway. They only cover testing up to the point of IF diagnosis, then they stop paying.

Callie I'm sorry you are going through this. For me getting things checked out helped alleviate some frustration and made me feel a little less crazy by taking some steps to correct a possible situation.

I do know that when I had the spotting you described I had some endometrial polyps that were discovered. It seems like your gut is telling you that something may be up with the spotting. It couldn't hurt to investigate this further.

Hope everything checks out and you get a BFP real soon!
Callie- I hope this is all figured out soon. It's so frustrating to just NOT KNOW what's going on.
Callie, so sorry I hope you and your DH have a good conversation, and that getting some answers brings some peace of mind.

AFM, I'm feeling good about CM this month, month 2 taking EPO. I hope O comes today or tomorrow - fertility seems to be nearing its peak - tonight is our last night to BD before the grandparents arrive.

Part of the reason they're coming? DD is turning three next T, so party this weekend! I blogged her birth story this morning, b/c I'd never written it down and wanted to... Mixed emotions - I want to do it again! I'm so lucky I got to have the experience at least once!
Callie - hoping for some peace of mind for you.
justhinkn - have fun!!!
louisli - love the plan. That is a great one!
AFM - definitely approaching O time - seeing body gearing up. I know this is the month for me!!! (Hope anyway, lol) Visualize, visualize!!!!!!!!
Lots of baby dust to you all.

I need some support and someone to take over the thread. My 8 year old ds had an accident on the soccer field last night and broke his collar bone. It was awful, my and his first ambulance ride. He's going to be ok, he is in a sling and isn't allowed any activity for 4 weeks. Keeping 19 month old ds off him has been challenging to say the least. I hope you all understand. I am sure to not be on the boards very much in the next few weeks and it isn't fair to you. I wish you all the best of luck. I will be thinking of you all and I will check in as I can.

Amy, I'm so sorry your son was injured! I hope he heals quickly.
Amy - I'd be happy to take over the thread, I'm just not sure how to do it... ? Can you tell me how I would take over mid-month? Or would I just need to start a new thread?

I'm SOOOO sorry about your son's accident. That sounds so scary, and painful! I hope he heals really fast!

Thank you so much Callie! Go to the first page and quote my first post. Once you are there just copy & paste on to a new thread. Then you can change it however you want & edit to update as needed. I hope this makes sense, it's actually really easy. Again thank you, I really feel very overwhelmed right now.

I started a new thread. Please post replies there!
