Lost track of counting, but I'm well towards my goal. Gotten 60-90 minutes in every day. Most days walking at lunch and rowing in the morning or after the kids go to bed. Only took a day of rest a week, and two days off rowing since I had a cold early this week. But it's all good and feeling great!

Considering starting a rowing training plan that has me rowing more. A little intimidating, but I do want to get faster. I may start tonight. Yeah 1000 challenge!

6/1 - 90 minutes. 30 minutes working shoulders and arms at gym/60 minutes gardening/weeding (not a whole lot of cardio here, but I was squatting and sweating the whole time)
6/2 - 60 minutes - cardio sculpt class at the y
6/4 - 25 minute slow (slow) run with my dd
6/5 - 60 minute kickbox class. Amazing class!!!!!
6/7 - 100 minutes total.....40 minutes running with dd, 15 minutes - 2miles, 45 minutes picking green beans....might not be cardio but it was brutal!

6/9 - 60 minute cardio weight class
6/10 - 50 minute run 45 minute picking beans

I've been working mad hours this month and it has killed my exercise goal. I am going to recalculate to 700 minutes.

6/2 - 60 min spinning class

6/9 - 60 min spinning class

6/12 - 100 min walk in the park with a big group of friends
6/18 - 40 min yoga
6/19 - 60 min hardcore house and yard work
