Potty Chair for little baby and toddler?

Do any potties work for both a little baby and a toddler? DS is just learning to use the potty and I realized it is a lot of EC because I see his signals and get him to the potty in time, most times anyway. I decided to get DD on the potty too, first time I caught a tiny poo! Nothing else since then though. She cries when I hold her over DS' potty. I tried the bathroom sink, she didn't like that either.

Another question, I looked through the sticky of tips, but didn't find an answer to...

When she wakes up around 11pm, as I am going to bed, I usually check/change her diaper, but often it is dry. Which is a good time to potty her, right? But she really, really hates it because she is all sleepy and then gets disturbed, you know? Any suggestions for that one?

Thanks!

the bblp works for infant and toddler (and I have used it in the car for my pre-schoolers, my schoolaged kids, and myself ) So it is definately worth the $12.

My two older kids (who are 4 and almost 3) still use it occasionally... and I've used it to collect pee for pregnancy tests instead of wasting a paper cup when I buy the cheapo ones that you can't just pee on.

Okay, we'll get the BBLP. Thanks! And I like the idea of older kids and adults being able to use it too if needed!

You can just pee on them. Or at least you can pee on the internet cheapies that don't have any sort of case, I don't know about the ones with a holder. Just make sure you only pee on the part you would've stuck in a cup.

These were dollar store ones that you needed to just use a dropper to put it in the tiny hole. I considered just trying to pee on it, but this seemed easier
