I've had the implanon for three years, I've also been bf but the bf has dropped off to pretty just for going to sleep at night. Just in the last several months my periods have come back, but they come every two to three weeks and sometimes are heavy, sometimes I spot in between. Just weird. I thought at first it was because of the implanon (which comes out next month) but I've had it for three years. I'm 41, could it be perimenopause symptoms?
