Bright yellow spit up-normal?

Is bright yellow spit up normal in an EBF 2-month old? It just happened this afternoon and was thick and goopy just after he nursed. I don't remember spit being any color other than white and usually just runny unless it's been a while since they ate.

My dd has that when she's a little congested and some of it is making it's way down her throat. Does it look like curdled yellow milk mixed with snot?

Hmm, that makes sense. He had a goopy eye the day before so maybe he was fighting a little something?? No more spit up like that so....

Or else have you taken any vitamin Bs? That could make a color difference.

My DD had that when she had a cold around 3-4 months old (she's 9 months now). She had been having a runny nose and coughing, and one morning she just spit up/threw up bright yellow stuff. It was pretty alarming, but it was only a couple times that morning.

DS2 had that once, probably around 3-4 months, and when I googled 'yellow/orange spit up' I kinda freaked out... but he never had it agaiiiiin, so I tried not to worry... hes 10 months now (nearly) and fine... so, IDK. He does still spit up once in a while (maybe 2 or 3x a week?).

Is it a day-glo yellow or more of a buttery, soft yellow?
