Has anyone else read the book Getting to 50/50?

Even though it focused on the corporate environment more than on just people with regular jobs, I thought it did a great job discussing current research and helped me to not feel guilty that I've had to work when my kiddos were young (and will have to keep working when my next is born in the fall). It confirmed a lot of my feelings about what my working outside the home gives me and my family, and helped me to appreciate my job and enjoy it more. (I've always been one to sort of think the "grass is greener" and have resented not being able to stay home with my kids at times, since it just seems simpler in a lot of ways.)
Wonder if others have thoughts about it?

I read it but didn't find it very helpful for academia. Mama, Ph.D was better for that.
