anyone try magnesium bath salts for eczema?

My 1 year old has eczema around her ankles and parts of her legs and it's not going away. My 2 year old had the same problem, but grew out of it. I heard magnesium bath salts might help. Was wondering if any moms tried it and saw results? I plan of purchasing it in the near future, because I am getting desperate.

fwiw, i've been giving dd epsom salts baths for over a year, and her eczrma has recently gotten WAY worse. for us, it has provided no relief from eczema, but i think it calms her, in general.

Have been giving 2 yo DS epsom salt baths for a few months now for differetn reasons, but it does not seem to have any effect on his eczema
