yes, thank goodness. My tonsils are still gigantic, but I'm not in crazy wicked pain anymore.

I recently read that gargling and/or drinking grapefruit seed extract may help with throat infections (from Paul Pitchford's Healing with Whole Foods/Asian Traditions book). My daughter had severe throat infection (viral) last week and we tried gargling and drinking very small amounts. It seemed to work for her... I'm still learning about when you should and should not use (e.g. if you're pregnant) but it may help you heal in the future! Feel better!
