The 30 day Shred has begun! - Page 10

Ok so this it, my very last day! I haven't lost a pound (totally fine) but my pants are a good size too big. I was able to do the more advanced stuff this time around, except the jump lunges, I don't have the balance I think, I kept falling over.

I just need to stay in the work out mode now that I'm done with the 30 Day Shred.

We've been dealing with colds the whole month. It took me a month to finish the 3rd level. Just like a pp I was still losing inches when I slowed down due to circumstances! I'm thinking of starting back up at level 1, perhaps with heavier weights.

Well, I unconventionally finished the 30 Day Shred. I was scheduled to finish tomorrow, but we have company coming and I knew I wouldn't be able to fit it in, so I did one workout this morning and one this afternoon to make up for tomorrow. I'm happy it's done. I feel better having done it, but I'm definitely going to skip weekend workouts. I really hope to continue doing M-F because I know it's the best thing for my health.

I know what you mean about staying in workout mode; that's my goal as well.

hello!

thanks to this thread i ordered 30-day shred. it came yesterday, but we had to go to town so i wasn't able to start.

well, i just finished my first workout a few minutes ago and WOW! i feel great!

i don't know how much i weigh, nor do i care , but i would make a guess that i have about 15 lbs of fat to convert to muscle at this point. and i'm looking for more energy and strength.

i love that the workouts are only 20 minutes long. i have all these little ones who need constant attention, that it is so hard to do callanetics, bellydancing or yoga for an hour.

i did have a hard time with the jumping jacks and running, because even though i was wearing a decent sports bra, my breasts are so big and heavy with milk that i had to brace them a bit.

it is wonderful reading all the accomplishments you sweet ladies have achieved and the goals you are working towards. thank you!
