hello!
thanks to this thread i ordered 30-day shred. it came yesterday, but we had to go to town so i wasn't able to start.
well, i just finished my first workout a few minutes ago and WOW! i feel great!

i don't know how much i weigh, nor do i care

, but i would make a guess that i have about 15 lbs of fat to convert to muscle at this point. and i'm looking for more energy and strength.
i love that the workouts are only 20 minutes long. i have all these little ones who need constant attention, that it is so hard to do callanetics, bellydancing or yoga for an hour.
i did have a hard time with the jumping jacks and running, because even though i was wearing a decent sports bra, my breasts are so big and heavy with milk that i had to brace them a bit.

it is wonderful reading all the accomplishments you sweet ladies have achieved and the goals you are working towards. thank you!
