I used to eat falafels in Middle-Eastern restaurants in the UK but cannot find them anywhere here so I miss them so much!
But yes, you can freeze falafels, I used to buy them frozen as well from the grocery store in Britain.

That's ok. I live in rural Texas (aka hicksville), and some of my guests wouldn't have known the difference. Baklava isn't necessarily Greek either, but I made it and no one argued, lol. It was the best baklava I've ever had, too!

Falafel is soooo easy to make. Why don't you make it yourself? I both baked and fried mine and honestly, no one could tell which was which! I used the recipe off of dedemed.com, but added some egg white to help it bind. I just drizzled the falafel w/olive oil before baking and they were crispy and so yummy.
