To OP: Try not to dwell too much on many of the tragic stories you hear. Most likely, all is well in your pregnancy and worrying doesn't do you much good!
With that said = I have had 4 missed m/c's discovered anywhere from 6 weeks to 9 weeks. With one of them there was one pin drop of blood...that was it. The other ones, no bleeding, nothing......I didn't have a lot of strong symptoms, but I didn't with my DD either. The most recent one I didn't schedule my first appointment until about 9 weeks because honestly, I had too much going on (visitor from abroad, DD' s birthday etc...) and if it was going to be non-viable I didn't want it to disrupt everything else that I wanted to enjoy. Glad I waited on that one....
With this pregnancy I have been having spotting for a few weeks now. I have already had a few scans because I am also being treated with blood thinners and if the pregnancy isn't going to work, I want to know so I can stop injecting myself every day! I can't help but worry about things, although my next appointment isn't for a week and it will have been 3 weeks since my last appointment. I am sure I will be a nervous wreck.
I don't think missed m/c's are super common for most women, but apparently they are for me. Fun times.....
