If it works, it works and I wouldn't worry about it more than that.

Oh Sunday, you are like my personal WW guide. I guess I feel like I'm being "bad" by not tracking. But it's working...maybe I was putting too much pressure on myself.

Exactly. It wouldn't work for me--if I don't hold myself accountable to writing everything down then I start sneaking bites here and there, forgetting it all adds up. But kuddos to you for being so close to goal weight!

I'm jumping on the birthday bandwagon--yesterday was mine. Did okay, though. The nursing points really help. I'm almost two weeks in, though, and still feeling hungry pretty often, and I think I'm losing a bit too quickly. I know that first week is always a few pounds, but after that I feel like just 1 lb every week or two seems like a good pace for me. After weigh-in on Monday I'll probably adjust my points upwards a bit if my suspicions are correct.

Had my weigh-in today and I'm down to 139.4 pounds! This is the end of my second week doing WW. The first week I was just doing it online, the next week I went to a meeting and got the monthly pass.

When I weighed in at last Saturday's meeting, I was 142.4, so I lost 3 pounds!
