spotting on CD21?

As far as I know, I have not ovulated yet.... am I completely wrong here? I didn't pay too much attention to my CM early in my cycle...... Started spotting today, that's only happened once before, in our first month TTC, I was convinced I was pregnant and it was from implantation.

I'm due for AF on June 12th, should I test or will I get no good news yet?

Any thoughts?? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/2dea34

ooh, hard to tell. i suppose you could be having ovulation bleeding (happens to some women). Or you could have an anovulatory cycle and be beginning menses. Do you know if you've had anovulatory cycles in the past?

Also, your temps are pretty rocky. Are you temping at the same time each day? Are you temping immediately on waking (without talking or moving much) and are you getting at least 3 hours sleep before the temp time? Sorry if you already know all of this, but just thought it might be helpful info if you're new to charting. In essence, though, it does not look to me like you are in the luteal phase of your cycle (post-ovulation) because those temps look too low to me to be post-ov temps.

good luck! I wish i could offer more insight on your chart, but it's just tricky to tell.

To agree with this, I want to add... it can also happen randomly to a woman when it has NEVER happened before so even if it is out of the ordinary for you its a possibility.

I had ovulation spotting only once in my entire history of having my period. But alas, I did have it that once.

Thank you both for the replies!

I temp every day (except two i missed while I was in MN) at 3:30 am. My alarm goes off, I reach for the thermometer without moving much.

I had one cycle in March that was 40 days and then went back to 31 days as usual. My husband was on a trip across the country in February and in March. We first started TTC in march of this year. I thought it was a long cycle due to the stress of him being gone and dealing with the 2WW alone.

Based on the rising temps I WAS having, I thought I ovulated 3 days ago.... and was looking forward to seeing a temp rise again this morning. We climbed a mountain today and last night camped out... maybe the cold made a difference?!

I appreciate the insight, I didn't think of ovulation bleeding.... but if that's what it is, then I'm happy cause we might have got the timing right

Thank you ladies!

Hmmm one more question I thought of.....

If it is ovulation bleeding, too late to BD again? I know I know.... it could never hurt the chances... but DH and I are struggling through some intimacy issues and currently he has a very low libido. So it might be kind of difficult to BD... I hate it!!!

It may be too late... but a bit of seduction and fun in bed cant hurt right? Even if it doesn't add to your chances... it might!

Does the libido problem have anything to do with the TTC? Some men do find it a bit difficult to perform when their performance means so much...

if its TTC related maybe just tell him you are pretty sure you already Oed (cuz hey you are pretty sure) but are in the mood for some fun?

Of course, if its related to something else... it might be more tricky to get him in the mood. I had an ex that I swear... I had the libido of an 18 year old and he had the libido of a nun.
