yeast free diet?

I started this diet 2 days ago and am feeling awful. I know that this is normal as the yeast starts to die off. However, I'm looking for others who have done this diet and would love your feed back on how it went for you.
I have eliminated all sugars, dairy, breads, and anything that has yeast in it.
I'm also tandem nursing my 5yo and 20 mo. I'm wondering if this is to much for my system. However, I have to do something to get the yeast gone. I've suffered..and i mean suffered with yeast for the past 3 years, the past year i've seemed to get a yeast infection at least once every other month. This past one was what sent me over the top and made me realize that I have to do something.
I've been on the mini-pill for birth control, for about 19 months...and I know that can play a huge contributing factor in the yeast infections, but one every month. That is not ok...just not ok with me!
I'm also doing homeopathy pulstilla, I just started that today, and i'm not sure if that is why i'm feeling so bad today too?
Maybe to many things going on at one time?
Any insight would be great!

With homeopathy, from what I've read, feeling worse immediately is a good sign. Of course I've also read that pretty much anything but bland food can interfere with the efficacy of homeopathic remedies, so :

I know you've eliminated yeast containing products, but probiotics would probably be good to give you good gut buggies to help fight off the bad ones.

Ok, feeling bad is a good thing...that's good to hear. I have been taking probiotics for about 4 months now. I take them every day. Thanks for the response.

I suffered with yest infections for 2 years and the yeast free diets never worked for me. It wasn't until I cut out allergens and started nourishing my body that I was able to get in balance.

Cutting out dairy was big for me so you going on this diet may work if your body normally reacts to those foods.

Hope it goes well!
